All products are handcrafted and produced only after order confirmation. Timelines and customization requests are reviewed internally before approval.
How to Place an Order

Receive confirmation regarding feasibility, MOQ, lead time, customization scope, and payment terms.

A pro forma invoice is issued upon agreement.

Orders that are not commercially feasible may be declined.

Typical production time ranges from 3–6 weeks, depending on order size, craft complexity, and artisan availability. Urgent orders are evaluated case-by-case.
Payment Terms

Inspection & Quality
Third-party inspections are permitted. Buyers may appoint agencies such as SGS or Intertek at their own cost. Site visits require prior coordination.
Certifications
While Orchis Craft does not currently hold international compliance certifications, many products may fall under India’s Geographical Indication system governed by the Government of India. Buyers may pursue certifications independently under their own brand.
Scaling & Partnership
Orchis Craft supports business growth through artisan network expansion. Scaling depends on consistent order flow, clear forecasts, and timely payments. Exclusivity or white-label arrangements are considered only under formal agreements and volume commitments.
